Where is the cam?

Beach Cam Stats:

The camera has a 32x to 44x zoom. It has a 180 degrees rotation from the North to the East, continuing to the South. It has a 45 degree up and down view. It has the same camera used in the PolyCom video conferencing hardware. The camera is remotely controlled by our software (three weeks to write) which gives the camera one notch increments of movement when we are on the 44x zoom status. It is controlled through Internet through any web browser and our server gets the video stream back through any firewall, NATs, or what any DSL or cable provider puts in our way that blocks normal two-way Internet communications or their unstable internet connections.
The video is a Window Media stream at a resolution of 320x240 pixels at frame rate of 1 to 15 frames per second (1 fps in daytime/ 15 fps at night) on a bandwidth of 32 kb/s (dial up modem is 52 kb/s).
We also have the option to stream sound with the video but we might do that at a later time.

Ormond Beach Cam Stats:

The camera in on top of a 90 feet tower in north Ormond Beach. The camera is a Sony Hyper HAD color video camera (standard commercial security camera).
The video is a Window Media stream at a resolution of 320x240 pixels at frame rate of 3 frames per second on a bandwidth of 32 kb/s (dial up modem is 52 kb/s).
